One of the primary purposes of the Youth Aid Council is to help young people under the age of 25 in the UK advance in life and relieve their needs by providing them support.
Our team offers unconditional love as the path and leadership training, character education, and employment training as the vehicles toward improving youths’ self-respect and competency. Our Programs engage teens in the learning process and provide life skills that enable them to plan their future with aspiration and build a bright future.
Employability

Weโre preparing young people with the skills they need to get the jobs, employers are looking to fill.
As we support young people on the path to employment and economic independence, we’re always working to ensure that this kind of positive change is sustainable after an initiative ends.
We have a decades-long history of focusing on maximizing impact through partnerships and strengthening partners’ capacity to deliver youth-friendly employability services.
Social Action

Civil society is composed of many local initiatives that have few resources (equipment or quality services) in many areas, to implement their projects.
Work with Business

In a rapidly changing global economy, we believe it is essential for business and education
to work together to prepare young people for a changing world of work.
Working with young Enterprise gives you the opportunity to directly support and inspire
young people across the United Kingdom.
Our Networks

Youth Aid Council runs more networks in which businesses, organisations, and communities can discuss key issues affecting their work, with young people. We bring together those from Business, Government, and the voluntary sector along with policymakers to exchange ideas, debate the issues, and influence decision-making. Our networks are open to people from the UK.
Wellbeing and Youth Mental Health Network
